WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED?
In the event of a claim, notify the PT1 Insurance claims department as soon as possible! Start compiling the basic information about the claim, including:
- The “WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE and HOW” regarding the incident that took place.
- The names and addresses of any injured persons and/or witnesses.
- The nature and location of any bodily injuries and/or property damages arising from the incident.
Also, be prepared to provide us with copies of any demands, notices, summons or legal papers in connection with the incident.
